Overview
TaskEase was designed to help users in managing their tasks effectively. It utilizes AI to sort tasks, recommend optimal completion times, and filter tasks based on user habits, enhancing daily task management efficiency.
The most challenging things of daily task management include balancing task urgency, dealing with repetitive task inputs, and struggling to find suitable times for tasks.
Problem diagnosis
I looked at various similar apps and figured there must be something that could help with this headache. However, most applications have the problem of too many functions and high barriers to entry.

Users may find their task management tools hard to track tasks and meet deadlines.
The overwhelming number of tasks, emails, and information can make staying organized challenging.
Difficulty in prioritizing tasks can lead to confusion and inefficiency.
Lack of visibility into productivity levels and task progress makes it hard to identify areas for improvement and optimal workflows.

A/B tset
After testing the app with users, I found some parts that needed to be fixed. For some users, it was not easy for users to see and understand the AI functions, so adding AI functions required more detailed explanations and reminders.
